About / Bio Lisette Donkersloot (1992) studied All-round Styling at the Art Academy Rotterdam before realising she wanted to be a film director. After finishing her studies, she focused on teaching herself everything about the craft of filmmaking. Drawing on her styling background she created a unique and powerful cinematic style. She’s used her signature approach to create music videos for artists such as Mr. Probz, Afrojack and Yellow Claw and attention-grabbing commercials for Dr. Martens and the Flower Council of Holland piece that cemented her firmly as on of the industry’s one-to-watch. Signed at Caviar she is going international. But it’s at the motherland where she is focussing on creating fiction film and series. Making her debut in 2022 with the hit serie SiHAME on NPO (Holland) and Streamz (Belgium).
