About / Bio Ferhat Kaplan (1992) was born and raised in Bergen op Zoom. He studied commercial economics and marketing sciences. Working as a marketer in an office made him realize that there was a lack of passion in his life, so he decided to change course in 2022 and pursue acting. He has dedicated himself entirely to his acting career. Over the past years, he has performed with various theater groups including Wunderbaum and Theater Rast. In 2023, he created the solo performance Kind van het Licht within the new creators trajectory at SADETTIN K. Besides theater Ferhat is also active in the film industry and has appeared in movies such as Laat Me Binnen, NL-Alert, and Fabula. Ferhat enjoys addressing challenging topics and taboos in his work, providing a critical perspective on contemporary society. He aims to make society more inclusive for the next generation.
